Quality control:
Recolux has set up a quality control and management system on request of ISO 9001:2008. Relevant files, and records are effectively controlled to ensure the operation of quality system. We have the most advanced testing equipments with quality and advanced environmental variable detecting instruments. Strict inspections are implemented throughout the production process from material receiving, assemblies, to final QA before delivery. In order to satisfy customers, we will report the condition of the operation of quality management and improvement in time. As an ISO 9001 listed company, Recolux Lighting CO., LTD. is following strict rules to assure constantly high standards.
After-sales service:
Step 1
When the customer claims the product has problem and are not accordant to their initial expectation. The Quality Assurance department will do a investigation according to the problems which the customer has proposed. Try their best to find the reasons for causing such problems.
Step 2
Then the QA department should make a Initial Report to the customer to let the customer be assured.
Step 3
If the QA department fails to analysis, customer should return the bad products and then the QA department will have a further history investigation.
Step 4
After that the QA department will do an overall investigation on Electrical & Mechanical characteristics.
Step 5
If they still fail to find the reason, then the Engineering dept, the Planning and Production dept will get together to continue a further and unitary investigation to find the reason for bad work.
Step6
The stuff from the ministry of foreign trade should feedback the report, If it's really the seller’s mistake. The Product department should re-processing the product and send the new to the customer to compensation for the loss.
Step7
The continuous improvement to solve the problem would be achived as formal documents issued by Engineering Dept. and other related Dept.. Our workers will be well informed and supervised through SOP(standard operation process) during the Routin Training Course.
R&D team
Our R&D team consists of 10 people, including industrial designers, optical and lighting planning engineers, electronics engineers and structural engineers. All of our products are private optical designs.
Lens and lighting control solutions such as DALI, ZigBee wireless control, infrared sensors, motion sensors, daylight sensors, emergency and more.
Sound interior testing facilities can be found in our R&D center used to conduct safety test and photoelectric
test. Quality test and aging test for all products would be carried on before the products are sent out to our
customers.
